Jim Strezewski

Jim Strezewski is the Chief Financial Officer at Blue Vista, with responsibility for overseeing all accounting, reporting, and tax matters at both the corporate and investment vehicle levels. Jim’s responsibilities encompass firm and product level compliance, profitability measures, efficiency initiatives, and long-range financial projections and tax planning. He also oversees Blue Vista’s HR function.
Prior to joining Blue Vista, Jim was a Senior Vice President at LaSalle Investment Management, where he was most recently responsible for the accounting and general operations of the firm’s broker-dealer wholesaling entity, which served LaSalle’s non-traded REIT fund. In addition, he launched and spearheaded the redesign of the supporting system environment at LaSalle to enhance the fund-level reporting capabilities of the predecessor fund to LaSalle’s non-traded REIT. Prior to that, Jim worked on several funds and separate accounts on behalf of domestic and multi-national institutional investors.
Jim earned a BS in Public Accounting from Loyola University and is a CPA. Jim has also served on the Board of the NCREIF/PREA Reporting Standards and served as the Board Chairman for the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF). He previously dedicated several years as a Real Estate Information Standards Council Member. In addition, Jim was a member of the Board of Education for District 96 in the Chicago suburbs for 12 years.

Sally Ann Flood

Sally Ann is the Vice Chair, US Real Estate Sector leader, and leader of Deloitte’s Bay Area Audit and Assurance practice, Sally Ann is highly regarded for her client service excellence and is committed to delivering the insights clients need to address their most critical accounting and reporting needs with respect to complex transactions and challenging internal control environments. Sally Ann has worked with leaders in the real estate sector addressing key corporate governance best practices. Working with other Sector Leaders she works with Deloitte’s national leadership team developing their CRE Outlook series and has held several leadership industry roles within the firm including as member of Deloitte’s global financial services Audit Executive Committee.
Sally Ann is the Audit Committee Chair of the Bay Area Council, a Board member of SPUR and current board chair of the NCREIF PREA Reporting Standards. Sally Ann was previously the NCREIF Accounting Committee Co-Chair and Chair of the NCREIF PREA Reporting Standards Council. She was recognized as one of the Bay Area’s Most Influential Women in the Bay Area by the SF Business Times.

Luke Goodwin

Luke Goodwin is a Senior Principal, Head of Originations, and a member of the Walton Street Capital Debt Platform management team. He leads the Debt Platform’s origination team which has sourced $9.5B of commercial real estate loans over the last decade. Prior to the Debt Platform’s inception, Mr. Goodwin managed lender and debt capital markets relationships for the firm’s Equity Platform.
Prior to joining Walton Street, Mr. Goodwin was an Associate at Heitman and, prior thereto, a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young LLP.
Mr. Goodwin received a BA in Accounting and an MS in Accounting from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). Mr. Goodwin is a member and mentor for CREFC and a member of ULI. He also serves as Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Trustees for the Hinsdale Community House, a non-profit that provides community-based social and counseling services and recreation opportunities.

Jennifer Stevens

Jennifer Stevens is an executive-level professional with real asset expertise and extensive knowledge of the General Partner & Limited Partner Universe.
Her professional experience includes sixteen years of institutional portfolio management and consulting, strategic and investment planning, real asset investment underwriting and a specialization in areas including Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and industry best practice.
Prior to forming Alliance Global Advisors, Jennifer held several positions within The Townsend Group, advising clients with cumulative total plan assets of over $300 billion and approximately $20 billion in Real Estate allocations. She was a voting member of Townsend’s Advisory Investment Committee, responsible for reviewing and approving due diligence reports and strategy for all advisory clients of the firm. Her clients included Kaiser Permanente, Los Angeles Fire & Police, Orange County, Los Angeles County, Los Angeles City, San Diego City, Sacramento County and Queensland Superannuation Plan.
She has served as a representative member of the United Nations Principles of Responsible Investment (UN PRI), Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), PREA Foundation Diversity Working Group, Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI), Women in Institutional Investment Network (WIIN) and National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) in addition to speaking at numerous educational and industry events. In 2016, Jennifer Stevens received the inaugural GRESB Leadership Award from the US Green Building Council to recognize her efforts in establishing and growing Townsend’s ESG Program. In 2019, Ms. Stevens was on the Chief Investment Officer’s annual list of most influential investment Consultants, she received the 2021 GlobeSt Women of Influence award and the Connect CRE 2023 Women in Real Estate Award. In 2022, Jennifer was elected to the PREA Board of Directors and joined PREA’s Social Impact Committee. In 2023, Jennifer joined the Advisory Board of Haystacks.AI. In 2024 Jen was named one of the most empowering women in business by Inc. Magazine.
Jennifer received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University in 2004 and remains an active alumna. She is a former President of Ohio University’s College of Business Society of Alumni & Friends and currently serves on the Executive Alumni Board. In 2019, Jennifer joined the Board of the Ohio State University Center for Real Estate.
Jennifer spends time in Ohio and Florida. She enjoys sailing with her husband and spending time together with their daughter, Chloe. On a long holiday weekend, you might find Jen visiting friends in Napa, the Florida Keys or skiing with her niece and nephews.

Sara Geiger

Sara Geiger is a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Real Estate asset class of the State Board of Administration of Florida (SBAF). She is responsible for acquisition sourcing, conducting due diligence, and managing a diverse portfolio of real estate investments involving commingled funds and co-investments across sectors, strategies, and geographies.
Sara joined the SBAF real estate asset class in 2002. Prior responsibilities include acquisition and management of direct investments through programmatic joint ventures in retail, industrial and senior housing, as well as agriculture.
Sara received her B.S. in Finance and International Business from Florida State University and earned her M.B.A. from Florida State University as well.

Kim Hourihan

Kim Hourihan is a Managing Director for Invesco Real Estate (IRE), currently serving as Head of Global Strategy and as a Portfolio Manager. Specifically, she is the Co-Lead Portfolio Manager for Invesco Core Real Estate, Co-Chair of the CIO Council, and leads the Strategic Analytics team domestically. Kim is also a member of the North American Equity Investment Committee along with the Steering Committees for various funds and separately managed accounts.
Kim most recently held the position of Global Chief Investment Officer for CBRE Investment Management. In this role, Kim was responsible for investment strategy, performance and risk. She chaired the Global Investment Committee and had oversight of all the regional and strategy-specific investment committees.
She previously served as CIO for CBRE Real Estate Investments, responsible for the overall investment strategy for REI, including investing CBRE capital into CBRE Investment Management investment programs and Trammell Crow Company development deals. Kim also previously served as CIO – Americas Direct Real Estate Strategies and Portfolio Manager for one of the firm’s open-ended comingled core funds where she was responsible for client relations, portfolio management, asset management, acquisitions and dispositions.
Kim is passionate about strategic thinking, continuous learning and creative problem- solving for her clients. She enjoys the tangibility of real estate, the challenge of launching new entities and the opportunity to support and coach senior talent.
Kim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Harvard University.

Maritza Matlosz

Maritza Matloszis the Head of Information and Analysis within the Real Estate Risk, Research & Analytics department at MetLife Investment Management, which she joined in 2012. Ms. Matlosz has over 35 years of experience in real estate investments. She spent eight years at BlackRock, where she was the Director of Performance Reporting & Management for BlackRock’s real estate funds. Prior to BlackRock, Maritza was Investment Operations Manager at Prudential Real Estate Investors, where she was responsible for firm-wide performance reporting and implementation of various system integration projects. Her previous experience also includes performance and accounting positions at ING Clarion and Schroder Real Estate Associates.
She has been a volunteer with of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) since 2001. In November 2017, she was elected to the NCREIF Board of Directors. In addition, she is a past Chair of the Information Management Committee and has been a past Chair and Vice Chair of the Performance Measurement Committee. She spent nine years serving as a Council member of the NCREIF PREA Reporting Standards Council, the organization that establishes and implements information standards for the real estate industry. Maritza also served on the Real Estate Working Group and the Alternative Working Group for the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) organization under the CFA Institute, helping to develop global performance standards for real estate investments.
Ms. Matlosz has a BS degree in Accounting from Kean University and an MBA from Centenary College.

Diane Wild

Based in Chicago, Ms. Wild leads LaSalle’s Americas Investment Performance Group, managing internal/external private equity real estate or debt investment performance reporting, analysis, policies & procedures. She is also responsible for all performance aspects of the firm’s regional and global system integration alongside other regional and global initiatives within LaSalle.
Ms. Wild holds a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University of Chicago and has 28+ years PERE industry experience with a dual proficiency in financial reporting, and investment performance calculation & analysis, with extensive knowledge of system configuration and table data extraction related to performance calculations. She joined LaSalle in January of 2000, gaining broad investment management operational & disciplinary knowledge alongside participation on various boards within LaSalle focused on global standardization and system integration of performance calculations. She started attending NCREIF in 2014, currently is in her 4th year serving as a NCREIF/PREA Reporting Standards Council member and continues to be an active participant in the Performance Measurement & Risk Committee, and various industry taskforces and committees.
