The NCREIF PREA Reporting Standards (“Reporting Standards”) is an industry initiative, with a mission to establish, manage and promote transparent and consistent reporting standards for the real estate industry to facilitate informed investment decision-making.
As a member of the Council or a taskforce, you will help develop and promote standards for the real estate industry and work in areas such as:

  • Accounting
  • Compliance
  • Education
  • Global Standards
  • Investor Relations
  • Performance and Risk Information
  • Reporting Standards Development
  • Valuation

Whether you are new to real estate and want to learn more about the industry or have developed a special expertise and skill set learned from many years as an industry practitioner, there is a place for you. We encourage you to volunteer and make a difference!
